The Constitution of MTA (NT)
- establishes the objectives and purposes of MTA (NT)
- allows for applications for membership as ordinary or associate members
- provides for the appointment of a Board of Management and an Executive Committee
- vests submission of industrial disputes to conciliation and arbitration in MTA (NT)'s name in the Board
- determines procedures for annual general and special meetings
- describes the financial management of MTA (NT)
- includes grievance and disputes procedures
